Follow the connection diagram of LM317 with voltage divider.

Materials you need are:
1pc - LM317T
1pc - 330 Ohms Through-Hole
1pc - 680 Ohms Through-Hole


The actual requirements for WTV module
needs an Input Voltage "3.7-3.8V DC" (3.8V maximum) to power and 
work properly.


Once you construct the correct components and power it.
The Output Voltage Must be  Vout = 3.83VDC.


Warning: This is important for the use WTV module. Do not Put +5VDC on 
the input supply. It will broke your module.
